- Preliminary contact with the supplier of the client – coordination of specific information, necessary for execution of cargo transportation, such as: date of availability of the cargo for transportation, specification of size, type of packaging and weight of the cargo, as well as shipping documentation;
- Informing the client on shipping specification received from the client’s supplier, agreeing upon the mode of transport, the route, the price and terms of transportation;
- Reception of confirmation and application for transportation services from the client;
- Presentation of the vehicle at the warehouse (sea port, airport) of the client’s supplier;
- Processing of documents necessary for export of goods from the country of the client’s supplier;
- Monitoring of the vehicle during transportation;
- Cargo delivery to the customs terminal, specified by the client, as well as further transfer of the cargo at the warehouse of the client
